terms of service
Thanks for your interest in commissioning me! Please read these terms carefully, and send all commission-related inquiries to [email protected] for any questions and concerns, or reach out to me on Tumblr or Twitter DM.
PROCESS
Please email or message me via tumblr (@hokage) or twitter (@remyleboob) DMs to discuss commissions. Image references work best but I can also draw from text reference. note: working off descriptions may require extra fee. prices may also change due to complexity of your design.
Payments are upfront and received via Paypal invoice. I start the process soon after it’s paid. If your commission is over $100, you can choose to pay partial price before i send you a sketch, after which you must pay the remaining amount.
I will send WIP updates as I work so that you can ask for edits and corrections.
When completed. I will send the PNG file via email! You can still request minor changes to your piece, such as an edit to background color. You can also request variations to the completed product, like a transparent version of your commission, or PDF/PSD/etc files. Please do not as for major changes after i complete a commission.
PAYMENT
All payment is to be made in full upfront. I use Paypal invoices and accept payment in USD. Under special circumstances, I can also take payment via Venmo or other services, if needed.
The drawing process starts soon after I receive payment.
Commissions can be canceled and refunded if I have not already begun working on your piece. Under certain circumstances, you may receive a partial refund, but please contact me!
Tips are not required but very much appreciated! You can tip me via paypal, or on kofi here.

TURNAROUND
Depending upon my schedule, health, workload and the complexity of the commission, turnaround may range from a few hours to a few weeks. In the event that I’m unable to finish your commission within a month, I will let you know. Feel free to also request more frequent updates.
If you need a commission finished by a certain date, please let me know in advance, including the deadline in which you’d like the image to be completed. I may accept rush orders for a turnaround of two week or less, but this is entirely at my own discretion and such orders may be subject to a surcharge.
